Benjamin and his team did an excellent job with the exterior cleaning of my house. My retainer wall and wooden fence look almost new, and my house looks as though it was newly painted. Capitol Cleaning uses a non-destructive, environmentally friendly cleaning system to clean every conceivable exterior part of a house. It is an attractive alternative to blasting away at the house with a high-pressure sprayer. We had them clean everything on the outside of the house, including decks, windows, siding, gutters, roof, and our solar panels (for which they are trained and certified). Their professional 2-person crew was friendly, detail-oriented, and careful and completed all the cleaning on our relatively large home in well less than an eight-hour workday. One added promised feature of the cleaning agent they use is that it is supposed to provide future resistance to dirt and algae build-up (to be seen – added value if true). It wasn’t the cheapest alternative for having a building cleaned, but they did a great job. I would (and will) hire them again in the future.
